To check the instance data for completeness, the view of the events by semester can be helpful. You can reach it via the menu item "Study catalog → View by semester". Here you will be shown a table of all scheduled events. If an entry is missing in one of the columns, for example in "Dates", the data is still missing in the corresponding instance. If the columns relating to the maternity protection light are empty, the maternity protection light has not yet been set.
In addition, in the column "Missing data" is noted if the texts of the event description are missing. With the email button in this column you can draw the attention of the event managers to necessary supplements.
