Administrative tasks in the curriculum planning process:

  • Booking external rooms (only via LPS!) (Susi Üzel)
  • Assigning teaching contracts (Susi Üzel) after the teaching contracts have been documented by GD in the LPS 
  • Teaching load calculations (Susi Üzel)
  • If necessary, providing support for training courses on how to use the systems for curriculum planning and room booking: helping people to help themselves (Üzel, Zentiks, Seyferth)
  • Supporting curriculum planning for interdisciplinary degree programmes (Ulrike Seyferth, Emmelie Korell)

 

  • Early bookings for external rooms (general rule) (FBL)
