Functionalities for administrative staff
For the administrative staff, the curriculum system offers functionalities for planning teaching. Instances for courses as well as templates for new courses can be created. In addition, room reservations can be made via the curriculum system, room reservations can be approved by those responsible, and study regulations can be imported. Data maintenance tools are also provided.
Authorized administrators can also export curriculum system data to the Evento system.
Note Departmental Preferences:
Many curriculum system functions require you to select a department and institute. To avoid having to do this every time, you can select your preferred department and institute in the upper right corner in the department preferences. This is then already filled in accordingly as a default in all forms.
