To get an overview of data gaps, the statistical representation of the missing data is useful. There is an overview for instances as well as for templates, which you can reach via the menu item " Course Planning → Statistics" or "Course Planning → Statistics for abstract courses". For each data category, a diagram is displayed that shows in red the proportion of courses with missing data.
By clicking on the plus symbol you can see which concrete instances or templates have no entry in the corresponding category. For each instance/template listed there, you can add the missing data directly in this overview via the green pencil icon (provided you have the authorization to edit the respective instance/template).
Especially when the export of the instance data to Evento is approaching, the statistical representation can help to quickly identify data gaps in particularly important categories, i.e. the basic data. The statistics for the templates are suitable for making the general maintenance of the template data more structured.
