Informationen zum Softwarepraktikum befinden sich auf der Homepage des Studiengangs Bioinformatik.

In diesem Praktikum werden im Rahmen der Software-Bibliothek OpenMS Algorithmen zur Analyse von Massenspektrometriedaten implementiert. Mit Hilfe der zu implementierenden Module werden komplexe Analyse-Pipelines für Proteom/Metabolom Daten realisiert. 

Wir lernen weitere Elemente im Prozess der Softwareentwicklung kennen: Versionsverwaltung (Git), Klassentests, Continuous Integration, Arbeiten im Team.

Gute Kenntnisse in C/C++ (z.B. aus dem C++ Blockkurs) werden vorausgesetzt.

The aim of this project is the implementation of algorithms for the analysis of mass spectrometry data within the software library OpenMS. The implemented components will be integrated into complex analysis pipelines of proteomics or metabolomics data/

We will explore elements of software development, i.e. version control (git), class tests, continuous integration, working in teams.

Good C++ programming skills are required.
