In diesem Kurs werden wir ein Webinterface für ein bestehendes Toolkit zur booleschen Modellierung und Analyse erstellen. Das Toolkit ermöglicht den Aufbau eines Modells, die Überprüfung auf Übereinstimmung mit experimentellen Daten, diskrete Simulationen, statistische Analysen etc. Die Hauptanwendungen sind Reverse Engineering und Strukturvalidierung für kleine Modelle (bis zu 30 Komponenten).

Content:

The task of this project is to extend an existing tookit for modeling and analysis of regulatory networks. The toolkit operates as a combination of web interface and high-performance computational tools. The main focus of the project is extending the front-end of the toolkit. This entails building small Java Script tools that will be embedded in the existing interface. Requirements for the project are mainly interest in programming or user interface design, and either existing knowledge or willingness to learn web technologies.
