In this seminar, current research works in bioinformatics as well as progress reports from PhD students are presented. Master's students either present an assigned journal article or their master's thesis, or they report on their research internship. Credits are only awarded for the presentation of articles. For MSc students, a presentation as well as their own evaluation of the discussed algorithms/tools is expected. This should be sent together with the slides one week before the presentation
