In the course we will be building a web interface for an existing toolkit for boolean modeling and analysis. The toolkit allows for constructing a model, checking for compliance with experimental data, discrete simulations, statistical analysis etc. The main applications are reverse engineering and structural validation for small models (up to 30 components).
