Welcome to the course on methods for integrative data analysis in the life sciences!

Our lectures will take place from now on Fridays at 8:45 (s.t.) in T9, K040.

As mentioned, please ensure that you can take part in the tutorial as well. This will make sure that you can make the most out of the course's hands-on contents centering around methods to combine different data and incorporate prior knowledge especially into machine learning pipeline, such as network merging, multifactorial matrix multiplication, graph neural networks and physics-informed neural networks.

The language of the lecture is English but you can solve exercises and ask questions in German.
