Das Softwareprojekt Verteilte Systeme ist verschiedenen Modulen zugeordnet und behandelt Themen aus verschiedenen Projekten der AG Zuverlässige Systeme. Dabei ist eine komplexe Aufgabe selbstständig durch Entwurf, Implementierung und Testen zu bearbeiten.
Themen in diesem Semester sind:
- Fehlerinjektion im IoT: Wie einfach können diese Tools eingerichtet werden? Mit welchen Methoden kann Fault Injection erkannt werden?
- Implementierung eines Ad-hoc-Netzwerks zur Bereitstellung mehrseitiger Notfallanwendungen
- Datensammlung für intelligente Clustersteuerung
- Implementierung von Smart Contracts für ein zugangsbeschränktes Open-Source-Blockchain-Framework
- Analyse des Zusammenhangs zwischen Social-Media-Inhalten und aktuellen Social-Media-Trends

Das Softwareprojekt: Verteilte Systeme wird je nach Bedarf der Studierenden in deutscher oder englischer Sprache durchgeführt.

The software project Distributed Systems is assigned to various different modules and contains a range of topics from the research area of the dependable distributed systems group. The projects aim at working on a more complex task containing design, implementation, and validation in a team.
Topics this semester are:
- Fault injection in IoT: How easy can these tools are setup? Which methods can be used to detect fault injection?
- Implementation of an ad hoc network for the provision of multi-sided emergency applications
- Data collection for intelligent cluster control
- Implementation of Smart Contracts for an open-source, permissioned blockchain framework
- Analysis of the correlation between Social Media content and current Social Media trends

Details will be discussed in the first meeting on April 18th, 2023 at 12pm c.t. in SR051.
The software project: distributed systems will be held in German or English, depending on the student requirements.
