Dear students - well, you all know it's Corona-time and that means a different way of teaching and learning for all of us!
Therefore, this year Mobile Communication follows the inverted classroom principle, i.e. I provide the lecture consisting of smaller sections as videos to you, you watch the videos, try to answer the questions, do the tasks and during "lecture" time we will have a Q&A (questions&answers) session together via Webex, the conferencing system the university provides.
Before all this starts you have to do several things:
I cannot discuss technical issues during the Q&A sessions, there is simply no time - if you have something to discuss, join e.g. https://mycampus.imp.fu-berlin.de/x/qfudiN
As the "lecture" starts April 22nd, 10 c.t. we will have the Q&A session exactly at that time. A Webex invitation with all details will follow in a separate announcement.
As we do not have the final destination for our videos yet I simply put them onto our ftp-server where you can also find the archives of older lectures. the following links give access to the first chapter of mobile communications. That's the introduction, so it should be feasible to go through this material until next week (usually a lecture comprises 30 slides, the intro is rather simple stuff).
We can discuss what we do when etc. next week as well as other orga things.
Welcome & Overview
Introduction
Most of the sections end with questions and tasks - please do think about the topics discussed!
Together we will create a successful inverted mobile communications course 2020!
