Akt: 09.03.2021 22:00
Tue, 14:00 - 16:00

Based on selected research literature, the students work out a relevant topic in visualization and computer graphics.
Usually, research articles are distributed which will be read, understood, presented, and illustrated with examples independently.
Therefore, own illustrations or implementations of the central algorithms can be used.
Every participant prepares a talk of maximally 90 minutes length containing discussion and questions.
Further, every participant writes a preparation to explain the content of the talk in detail and to summarize the topic in a structured way.
Topics are chosen from the following areas:
- general techniques in visualization
- visualization of vector fields
- image processing
- smoothing of geometries
- discrete methods on 3D models
