Description

The class focuses on topics such as

general principles of algorithm design,
network flows,
number-theoretic algorithms (including the RSA crypto system),
string matching,
NP-completeness,
approximation algorithms for hard problems,
arithmetic algorithms and circuits, fast fourier transform.
