The lecture deals with fundamental topics of mathematics education, which are taken up again and deepened in the seminars. It takes place on 8 dates as a double lesson. The Berlin-Brandenburg Research Colloquium on Mathematics Education will take place on the other Mondays. Participation in the lectures is recommended. The exact dates for the lecture and the colloquium will be announced later.

Students who study according to the old study regulations and have to take the "Basic Module Mathematics Didactics", please take part in this lecture and the seminar "Fundamentals of Mathematics Didactics - Seminar 1" and attend the seminar "Fundamentals of Mathematics Didactics - Seminar 2" in the summer semester 2016. These three events are then credited as "Basic Module Mathematics Didactics".
